Full design, done by Keith
Every design on this company comes from Keith. He walks the property, works out what it can actually support, and draws the plan, so there is no gap between the person who sold you the idea and the person responsible for it working. After 38 years on the South Shore he knows what survives here, what a given slope will do in a hard rain, and which plant will be a problem in five years, and that is the part you cannot get from a catalogue.

Landscaping and planting
The core of it. Beds cleaned out, cut back, and re-edged, then planted with material sized for the space it actually has to grow into rather than the space it fills on install day. Prep happens before plants go in, because plants dropped into weedy, un-edged beds is the reason landscapes look rough by year two. Everything gets planted, watered in, and mulched, and we walk it with you before we leave.
Drainage systems
If the yard stays soggy after rain, or water is finding the basement or crawl space, that is a grading and drainage problem and no amount of planting fixes it. We look at your slope, your soil type, and how close the problem is to the house, then design a system to move the water somewhere it cannot hurt anything. Left alone this gets expensive, because it moves from a wet yard to soil erosion to foundation and water damage.
Water features and ponds
Ponds, fountains, streams, and waterfalls, from a small garden feature outside a kitchen window up to the entrance planting for a neighborhood or a commercial property. We build them and we maintain them, which matters, because a water feature nobody services turns into a problem within two seasons.
Synthetic grass and synthetic turf
An option worth knowing about for the spots where real grass keeps losing: deep shade, heavy traffic, pool surrounds, and play or sport areas. It stays green year round with no watering and no mowing, and because it offers nothing for grubs to eat you stop dealing with turf pests in that area. We install and maintain both landscape synthetic grass and heavier synthetic turf for recreation surfaces.

You get a plan and a written price. What is being removed, what is going in, what the material is, and what it costs. No surprises later.

Install and walk through
We install in one continuous stretch, keep the site clean at the end of every day, and walk the finished job with you so you know exactly what you have and how to keep it.
A landscape does not have to be complicated to look good. It has to be planned, planted right, and maintained. That is the whole job.
